Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy for STURD
1. Returns
- We accept returns within 10 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- A return charge of Rs 150 will be applicable.
2. Refunds
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Refunds may take a 2-3 of days to process, depending on your payment provider.
3. Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for items of the same value within 10 days of purchase. Please note that an exchange charge of ₹200 will apply.
